Unsatisfied with your yarn purchase? No Problem! No one should have to live with yarn they dont like. Just follow the simple steps below and your on your way to getting something else you'll love.
- The yarn be unopened and in the same condition as when you received it.
- You email me at customerserive@motorcityknits.com with your name, address, email, order number, and item being returned.
- You wait for the email back from me with directions for shipping the item to me. I do not refund the original shipping cost, nor do I pay for the return shipping. You might consider insuring your return, as I can only give you a refund for items that actually arrive back to me. As soon as I receive the item back, I will issue you a store credit for the amount returned.
- I am unable to accept returns of patterns, books, and needles.
